tideline The boundary between land and sea constructs a physical and philosophical sense of our island identity and has occupied the interests of numerous photographers, painters and writers. Tideline aims to present a distinctive view of a particular geographical location through a series of digitally printed panoramic images which emphasize formal visual elements and also evidence the human effect on the landscape, often at odds with natural processes. Further to this, the theme of this work aims to engage its audience with the work of agencies involved in conservation and climate change research. The National Trust and the Tyndall Centre have both generously supported this project. Publication available from Amazon Books. Venue: Ross Library, Ross on Wye |
