Joe Ford and Kate Johnson

From the end of year exhibition of students held this year at the Hereford College of Arts, the Festival Director Paul Wombell has chosen the work of two promising students to be part of the Festival programme.

Both students are working with black and white prints; Kate Johnson’s detailed pinhole images of bridges and Joe Ford’s more graphic images of racing dogs.

Plus the Annual Young Photographers’ Competition organised in two age categories to promote and showcase images taken by a new generation of photographers
