Following the very successful exhibition, Tamiga, in the 2000 festival, Ulrike Leyens returned to produce her view of Ross-on-Wye in contrast, as part of the "On the Line" project. These images show the view of Ross as an outsider, highlighting the details in the community that identify its character.
