The project addresses the effects of, attitudes to, and potential solutions for, problems arising from the increased use of and dependence on cars in rural areas. The effects on the rural communities and the environment have been examined and new photographic work created by Tony Bodinnar and three local community groups to raise awareness of new opportunities for mobility in the countryside. This has created imagery for leaflets and posters, and a touring exhibition to increase awareness of the issues and available solutions. This project has been promoted by the Festival in conjunction with initiatives by Herefordshire Council.

Also at the same venue there will be the new video by Triumvirate Films of the "Wheels within Wheels" theatre-in-a-bus performances by New Theatre Works, that took place in the same area of Herefordshire as the community groups' work. The performances were also supported by the Herefordshire Council's Green Transport initiative.
