Boredom comes in many shapes and fashions. With "Fast City"
Morten Andersen has created a photographic vibe of a post industrial,
wealth-ridden city going nowhere fast, based upon the classic Swedish
punk rock hi-octane alienation-anthem "Ensam I natt" by
the Leathernun, a city in implosion. Because in the late 90's EVERYTHING
is fast in Oslo: the money, the urban development, the racing boats
and the sexual intercourse: Oslo, the Babylonian Whore of Scandinavia,
devoid of all picturesque, semi-rural alpinisms previously associated
with Norway and its capital, now new and improved, for your enjoyment,
step right up!
