In the last ten years Marzahn,
a satellite town on the eastern outskirts of Berlin, has become a
symbol for the explosion of racist violence in East Germany after
the re-unification in 1990. This work presents the people and the
place, but does not aim to tell a comprehensive story, rather the
photographs hide as much as they present, as do the people. |
